The Organizing Committee of the Conference has ensured special prices for those of the participants who wish to stay in a hotel.

It is noted that:

• prices are per room/per night. Arrival time was set at 14:00 and departure time at 12:00.
• prices include breakfast, free internet access and hotel taxes.
• All those prefer to arrange their own accommodation in one of the hotels listed on the conference’ webpage should inform the hotel staff in order to use the special discount for the participants of the conference.
• as the availability of hotels may be limited, please make sure to book in advance at the hotel of your choice.
• please, when sending an email to the hotel of your choice, ask them to inform you about the booking and cancellation conditions of the room/s.
